1. Booking Policy All bookings must be made in advance. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Bookings can be made online or by phone. Please provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.

2. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

3. Payment Policy Payment can be made by cash or credit card. Credit card payments can be made online or in the vehicle. All prices are in euros and include VAT.

4. Liability Taxibus Den Haag is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during transportation. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Taxibus Den Haag is not responsible for any delays caused by traffic, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Passenger Conduct Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards the driver and other passengers. Any passenger who behaves in an inappropriate or dangerous manner may be asked to leave the vehicle and will be held responsible for any damages caused.

6. Smoking and Alcohol Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited in all Taxibus Den Haag vehicles.

7. Child Safety Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult and must be seated in an appropriate child safety seat or booster seat, as required by Dutch law. It is the responsibility of the passenger to provide the appropriate child safety seat or booster seat.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions Taxibus Den Haag reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
